More Rubbish Than Celebrity Big Brother
Litter bins featuring celebrity voices saying "thank you" are being tested in Finland.
If successful, they could be adopted across Europe.
"It is a fun idea to encourage people to stop dropping litter," said Elina Nummi, spokeswoman for Helsinki council.
The city will have four bins with movement detectors and voice recorders which will be moved once a week.
The trial "celebrity" is city mayor Jussi Pajunen. His message says: "It's great that you care about the city. Cool."
I'm waiting for the Boris bins to arrive!
Dear Mayor, For some reason the new bins are not being used by local children...
